Okay, so this is a pitch, but it’s, I think, a best-in-class Omnichannel play that showcases smart connected retail. Themed, “What Can Be Made From A Digital Thread,” it wowed the clients. What pleased me most, I think, was how we kept the technology out of the way of the incredibly rich store experience. We augmented it, rather than calling attention to it.
